With over 13 years experience in events, marcom and operations, Vic is considered a trusted, responsible and steadfast professional. She is recognised for implementing reliable systems and processes to support internal business operations, communications, marketing and end-to-end event management.

A highly organised, creative and flexible all-rounder with solid communication and logistics skills, Vic is available to support on short-term freelance projects, should you require help with your events, website copy or internal team comms. She also has extensive experience in CMS management, copywriting and creating digital content.

Vic is supportive of a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusion and workplace wellness - having set up the first staff wellness programme in a previous post (to a team of 60), leading on year-long initiatives and internal communications to create a healthier office environment, and advocate for positive mental health and mindfulness at work.

She has previously worked in non-profit, start-up, agency, in-house corporate, and venue side, organising a range of UK events and venue support for numbers between 10-1500, and has managed budgets of up to 150k. Vic has also worked across a variety of sectors including arts, education, innovation, B2B, food, tech, and urban greening, which has given her great insight into the workings across different businesses.
